Human Health Care

Eisai India strives to realize Eisai's corporate philosophy of realization of human health care (hhc). This philosophy is summarized by the term (hhc).

We believe that in order to truly consider the perspectives of patients and their families, it is important for each employee to first get close to patients and see the situation through their eyes to learn to pick up on thoughts and feelings that might not necessarily always be expressed in words. It is this concept that is the starting point for all of Eisai's corporate activities.

Eisai India recommends that all of its employees spend 1% of their working hours with patients. It is through this patient socialization Eisai India employees understand the difficulties faced by the patients and empathize with them and make all efforts to meet their needs by prioritizing them according to the order of the needs of the patients and their families.

Eisai India also collaborates with various health care agencies, government departments and NGOs for improving quality of life of people and increasing awareness about dementia and vector borne diseases.

Eisai India has adopted the villages of Yarada, Kasimkota, Gudem and Pedapenki. Eisai India works very closely with the Government agencies in this area in the mission to eliminate Lymphatic Filariasis from the population in the adopted villages.
